Southwark Playhouse takes no responsibility for tickets lost in the post. This policy is only available to patrons who booked tickets through Southwark Playhouse Box Office.
- Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled. In the event of a suspended performance, patrons will be offered the opportunity to exchange tickets for another performance, where available.
- If you test positive for Covid-19 or are waiting for a test result, you are entitled to a refund or a free exchange. Please get in touch with our box office team on 020 7407 0234, or email email@example.com, and we will organise that for you.

- The subscription holder may redeem up to two tickets per performance from a single membership, and one of these tickets must be used by the subscription holder. Please note that our system does not allow multiple online PAYG bookings for the same production, so if you would like to book a repeat visit on your PAYG subscription, you will need to contact box office.
