“We always find something, eh Didi, to let us think we exist?”

Two figures, Vladimir and Estragon, sit down by the road to wait for the mysterious Godot. And then nothing happens.

The Southwark Players (one of Southwark Playhouse’s two Elders Companies) present their own take on one of the most seminal plays of the twentieth-century, as a revolving cast of actors bring you their own unique interpretation of Samuel Beckett’s characters.

Funny, profound, confounding and relevatory, often all at once, this adaptation will be something you won’t want to miss.

“You did see us, didn’t you?”
