S.P.I.D. (Social Political Independent Direct) uses immersive drama to encourage debate. We create participatory events which get people interacting with each other. Our scripts have been published by Oberon, and our shows with The Bush, Southwark Playhouse and Riverside Studios have all sold out and extended. The charity has won Critic’s Choice from Time Out, The Independent and Time Out Critic’s Choice. We have featured on the BBC, Sky News and London Radio and have collaborated with the National Theatre, the ICA, the Gate and Riverside Studios.
